What Is Silat

hai allz
time is up for u all to answer my question..

firstly thankz 4 the response
actually martial art is a way to defend ourself and it also some kind of exercise and warming up..it's good for our fitness..

Q:Why is there silat, kungfu, and any martial art?
Are they the same?
A:Practically it is the same but when we look back at their history, it diverged into diffrent version..
from we allz know the martial art are different in many way..the move and how they protect us from attacking..

e.t.c----->how we donge the atack..How we make our punch and kick

but some how there is more likely when it comes to how to create an energy..
when we speak about martial art it has many conclusion..

But for now, let us focus on silat only (because i just want to speak about silat..)

silat is how melayu defend themselves..
actually there is no such thing as "baca2 atau jampi2 yang buat kita kuat"
but it all come from our old teacher or mahaguru..
in malay custom, there is one way to make our move becomes smooth..
and the malay call it "Pernafasan melayu"
the source of energy actually comes from our breathing and it doesn't come from our mind.
There is no such thing as mental power because everything comes from our breathing system.

In other words, if you're not breathing; then you are dead.

There is a way in breathing that can make us strongger
and martial art makes it more real..
just ask ur mahaguru how this is done
huhuhuhu (it makes me look old when i write this)
so i would like to remind you all..
when u know martial art, that does not make u are stronger but it makes u aware everything around u..
